Anonymizing a photo</h3><p>The instance offers an automated blurring service for faces and license plates when a Contributor sends a photo. This service is prior to publication.</p><h3>4.4 Publishing a photo</h3><p>Each photo is directly published on the instance and accessible to the public as soon as it is blurred.</p><h3>4.5 Reporting Content</h3><p>Any User may report any Content that they wish to contest via the Publisher&#39;s contact address or the form accessible for each photo.</p><h2>Article 5 - Responsibilities</h2><h3>5.1 The Publisher of the instance</h3><p>The Content of the instance is not free from defects, errors or omissions.<br />The Publisher undertakes to secure the instance, in particular by taking all necessary measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information provided. It does so within the limits of its technical capabilities.<br />The Publisher provides the necessary and reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the site. It reserves the right to develop, modify or suspend, without notice, the site for maintenance reasons or for any other reason deemed necessary.<br />The Publisher does not exercise any a priori control or moderation over the Content, and cannot be held responsible in any way for the Content. In the event of a breach by the User of the EULA or Content that is clearly illicit under the laws in force, the Publisher may remove all or part of the Content sent by the Contributor without notice.</p><h3>5.2 The contributor</h3><p>The Contributor ensures that his password is kept secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited.
